Description
User StingTheKing subscribed, tested the product, and self-cancelled after finding it not ready as a daily driver. Came from Hermes Agent and found the overall experience lacking polish for their workflow. Bugs reported Connectors repeatedly disconnecting during use. Google Search Console connector not functioning even when shown as connected. App signing the user out intermittently. User asked about a partial refund or an alternative — specifically requesting a temporary OpenAI-compatible base URL and API key as compensation if a refund wasn't possible. Team confirmed new release had addressed the connector issues. User was offered extra credits and stayed open to retesting with a personal API. Refund initiated 26/05/2026.
