Refund request + Subscription not recognized after login — OAuth redirect loop on desktop app (Linux + Windows)

Description
User Braulio subscribed via the website but the desktop app asked him to subscribe again on login. Reported on both Linux and Windows.
Bug — OAuth redirect loop
Desktop app redirects to Google login in the browser. After completing login, clicking "return to app" does nothing — the app stays in a loop. Workaround: close the app from system tray before clicking "Open OpenHuman" after browser auth. Connor confirmed this is a known subscription/login bug, patched and included in next release.
Secondary issue — subscription not pulled on login
Even after successfully logging in, the app does not recognize the existing subscription purchased on the website. User also set up a core container on their own server and noted the desktop app is frontend-only — unclear if self-hosted setup contributed to the issue.
User requested cancellation on 25/05/2026, citing bugs and inability to use the product. Invoked Brazilian consumer law (7-day return window) on 26/05/2026 with a chargeback threat if not resolved promptly. Refund initiated by team on 27/05/2026. Email: brauliobr@gmail.com
