MCP Setup UX Issues + Request for mcp.json Import/Sync Support

Description
User attempted to set up a local MCP server created with Claude using MSAL auth device flow.
Feedback points:
MCP setup experience was unclear and difficult to troubleshoot.
Agent appeared to hang/spin for ~20 minutes during MCP setup.
User expected an mcp.json file/workflow similar to other MCP clients but could not find one being synced or imported.
User suggested adding support for importing/syncing existing mcp.json configurations to make migration easier from tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other MCP-compatible clients.
User also mentioned it would be helpful to have clearer guidance/documentation on what MCP features are currently supported versus planned.
