Description
A user who recently purchased the OpenHuman $8 subscription is requesting a cancellation and full refund.
The user tested the desktop application but found that it does not fit their custom terminal-based workflow and therefore does not meet their needs. They have specifically referenced EU consumer protection regulations as the basis for their refund request.
