Scheduled tasks broken — agent reports "cron_add" not available in its tool registry

Description
User Ryan reported on 26/05/2026 that scheduled tasks cannot be set. The agent repeatedly responds that it does not have "cron_add" in its available tools. Screenshot attached by user in Discord.
User also asked whether a messaging channel needs to be configured for cron to work — suggesting possible confusion about whether scheduled tasks require a delivery channel (e.g. Telegram, email) to function. This question was not answered before the ticket went cold.
Connor acknowledged on 26/05/2026 and said he'd follow up, but no response has been provided. User followed up on 27/05/2026 with no reply. Root cause unknown — could be a missing tool registration, a plan/tier restriction, or a config prerequisite not surfaced in the UI.
