User Leo signed up for an annual subscription and was unable to use the product across two attempts, spending significant time trying to compile and configure the app on Linux. Requested a full refund. Bugs reported App required manual compilation on Linux with no clear instructions — hours spent getting it to launch. Once running: UI is very buggy, chat paste functionality broken (text and images), Telegram connector not working despite being connected, AI gives wrong or hallucinated answers when asked about OpenHuman's own features. Refund status Refund initiated by team on 26/05/2026. As of 27/05/2026 user had not received it and followed up. Team confirmed it was initiated and should arrive soon. Annual subscription — higher financial impact than monthly refunds. User left on neutral terms but said they may return if they see positive Linux stability reports in future. Not interested in credits offer.
