Refund request — subscription not meeting expectations (subtask speed)

Description
User bicrise requested a refund on 19/05/2026, purchased minutes prior via bileasebi11@gmail.com. Reason: product wasn't what they expected — specifically cited subtask speed as too slow for their workflow.
Team confirmed willingness to refund on 19/05/2026. However, user followed up on 20/05/2026 (00:01, 01:20, 11:27, 13:27) with no response — noted plan still active and no Revolut refund notification received.
On 21/05/2026, team could not locate the purchase and requested a Stripe receipt. User could not find receipt but shared a subscription confirmation email. Refund was initiated on 26/05/2026 (~7 days after original request).
